Temperatures in the region are forecast to climb between 29-32°C, though the "realfeel" index could soar as high as 44°C by the time the match gets underway at 5pm local time. According to FIFPRO guidance, fixtures should be delayed or called off if local temperatures exceed 28°C.

The City of Miami has issued a major heat risk warning for the area, posting health advisories urging residents to stay hydrated, wear lightweight clothing, and limit outdoor activities during peak hours. The municipality emphasised the dangers of heat-related illness posed by the combination of high temperatures and humidity.

Both England and Norway have impressed throughout the tournament, setting up a tantalising last-eight encounter. The clash will pit two of world football's most lethal marksmen against each other: Erling Haaland leads Norway's charge, while Harry Kane captains England's assault.
